• RAW WATER STORAGE TANK (RWST) (BY CLIENT)

• RAW WATER PUMP (RWP)

The Raw Water would be pumped to the MGF, MCF and R.O. Module by means of Raw Water Pump. This pump will create minimum head required for the Multi Grade Filter pump to boost the water.

• MULTIGRADE SAND FILTER (MGF)

The raw water from its source will be directly passed through the MGF to remove suspended solids from the same. The Multi grade Sand filter will be designed for a filtration velocity of 19 -20 m/hr for efficient filtration.

• ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER (MGF)

The raw water from its source will be directly passed through the ACF to remove Chlorine, Color & Odor from Raw water. The Charcoal Filter will be designed for a filtration velocity of 19 - 20 m/hr for efficient filtration.

• ANTISCALENT DOSING SYSTEM

It is proposed to dose Special Food Grade Antiscalent in the feed prior to the cartridge filter for RO system to prevent saturation of various organic salts especially Silica on RO membrane surface on concentration.

The features of this Antiscalent are:

ü Prevent organic and inorganic fouling of the Reverse Osmosis system.

ü Take care of high incoming silica and bicarbonate load in the feed to the RO thus Reducing Scaling of the RO Pressure Tubes.

• MICRON CARTRIDGE FILTER (MCF)

A MCF is provided to remove fine suspended solids, which may escape from upstream units. 5 Micron cartridge filter is provided which will remove fine suspended solids up to 5 micron, which if not trapped may clog the RO membrane. This would also eliminate problems in the high-pressure pumps due to presence of particulate matter.

• CHEMICALLY SANITISABLE REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM (CSRO)

CSRO will serve the purpose of Reducing TDS 800 to around < 50 ppm.

The RO unit shall have a conductivity meter at the outlet to monitor the performance.

• pH CORRECTION SYSTEM

There is the provision for pH Correction Dosing System to maintain the pH of RO Product Water. It will give an additional sweet taste in RO Product Water.

• RO WATER STORAGE TANK (ROWST)

• RO WATER TRANSFER PUMP

The RO Water would be pumped to the Post Micron Cartridge Filter & UV System by means of RO Water Transfer Pump.

• ULTRAVIOLET STERILISATION SYSTEM

UV sterilizers utilize UV germicidal lamps which emit UV-C wavelength at 253.7nm lethal to bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms present in the water. Ultraviolet technology has been one of the most effective methods of water treatment and air purification, without using any chemicals.

• ENDOTOXIN CARTRIDGE FILTER (ECF)

A ECF is known as finest polishing system. It is provided to remove fine suspended solids, which may escape from upstream units. 1 Micron & 0.2 Micron Cartridge Filter is provided which will remove fine suspended solids up to 0.2 micron, which if not trapped may ruin the RO Product Water.

• FINAL PRODUCT WATER STORAGE TANK (PWST)

• OZONATOR

Oxygen (O2) will convert into Ozone (O3) by Ozonator. Ozone destroys all the water-borne pathogens and also helps reducing some of the organics present in the water. Besides purifying the water, it is essential to maintain some amount of residual ozone in water before packaging. This helps in sterilizing the bottles or the jars in which the water is being packaged.
